At Electro-Molecular Discovery (EMD Bio), we deliver innovative spatial multi-omics tools that bridge the gap between tissue architecture and molecular complexity. Our barcode-enabled spatial profiling kits allow simultaneous analysis of gene expression, protein distribution, and metabolic activity at single-cell and subcellular resolution.
What is Spatial Multi-Omics ?
Spatial multi-omics integrates transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics with spatial coordinates inside intact tissue sections. Unlike dissociative single-cell analysis, spatial omics retains cellular localization—allowing researchers to study cell identity, microenvironmental interactions, and disease heterogeneity in situ.
